New doors and windows including beautiful large bay window. New tile in kitchen, hall and bathroom. New tub, sink, exhaust vent and wall paneling in bathroom. New outlets, lightswitches, trimwork, and window treatments throughout the house. New paneling and closet unit in master bedroom. New light fixtures in bathroom, hall and livingroom/front room. Cabinets and drawers in bathroom, hall and kitchen have been painted and have new contact paper in them. Dishwasher, stove, and refridgerator are less than two years old. New faucets in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Outlet and switch set up for garbage disposal if you want to install one (none installed with house). New ceiling fan in kitchen. This was checked by a home inspector two years ago, and he said it was solid, but to be safe I reinforced it from below. To be honest if I could take it with me to Indiana I would. I've put more supplies into it than I am charging for it and that doesn't include cost for the labor. Awesome home for new couples. Home is in a beautiful, quiet, and safe mobile home park (Royal Park) which gives you a nice large lot to enjoy for just $200 a month in the economic booming city of Moore, OK. In walking distance of Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, and many dining establishments. Will sell for $14,000 if sold by December 10, 2006. Home is sold as is. Will work with you for any reasonable problems. If home moved from lot, any damages that may occur are the new owners responsibility.
